Elsa Alegria is an amazing guide who holds you with gentle compassion. She is completely relatable and offers so much safety to allow each woman to ask questions and receive the guidance needed. She does all this so effortlessly as she brings you in, gives you the tools and support you need, and makes you feel like you can do anything. Then after working with her you realize you can! Not only has she led this program, but she’s also been a guide in other successful aligned programs. I highly recommend Elsa Alegria as a mentor of mentors
