I can’t access my Sacred Library content. What should I do?
If you’re unable to access your Sacred Library content, follow these steps:
  1. Check your email:Ensure you have received the “You’re In” email with your login details.
  2. Verify your membership:Make sure your membership is active, paid, and up to date.
  3. Sacred Agreements:Whether you’re in a Quintessia Rosa Mystica Mystery School offering, make sure you have signed the Sacred Agreements.
        • Enter the Mystery Foundation Sacred Agreement:
        • The Magdalene Rose: A Reclamation of Your Feminine Magic Sacred Agreement
        • ETM Sacred Agreement: Click here
        • RM Sacred Agreement: Click here
        • Please make sure to use the same email address for your sacred agreement and your registration
If you’ve already signed your agreement and still can’t access it, check your device: 
  • If you’re using a browser, ensure it’s updated
  • If you’re using the app, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to your device
If you’ve completed these steps and still can’t access your account:
  • Try resetting your password (instructions below)
  • Ensure your browser is up to date and clear your cache
  • Try a different device or internet connection
  • If you’ve followed these steps and still can’t access the Sacred Library, please reach out to support@priestesspresence.com

If you’re logged in:

  1. Go to the Sacred Library Dashboard and click the top right menu icon
  2. Open Account Settings and select Security & Password
  3. Click Change Password, and a reset email will be sent to your account
  4. Follow the link in the email to set a new password

If you can’t log in:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your email
  3. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder
  4. If you still need help, please contact our support team at support@priestesspresence.com
If you’re missing content:
  1. Check your enrolled courses in your Sacred Library dashboard
  2. Verify that the content has been released. Most of the courses have scheduled release dates
  3. Refresh your browser or try a different device
  4. If content is still missing, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@priestesspresence.com

If you encounter an error:

  • Ensure you’re using the correct email and password. Please make sure that the email that you are using is the same email that you used for registration and signing the sacred agreement
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Use an incognito or private browsing window
  • Try a different browser or device
  • If you receive an “Access Denied” message, ensure your membership is active
  • If this issue still persists, please reach out to our support team at support@priestesspresence.com
Here are some possible reasons:
  1. You may be receiving emails as a reminder of the course you signed up for, but you haven’t completed registration to access the Sacred Library
    1. To complete registration to the Sacred Library, go to the section entitled “I can’t access my Sacred Library content. What should I do?” 
  2. Your membership or course access may need to be updated; please reach out to support for this: support@priestesspresence.com
  3. Some content may not be available, yet. Check your course schedule
If you believe that you’re not enrolled in a certain course, but are receiving email reminders for it, please reach out to our support team at support@priestesspresence.com
Yes. If you cancel your membership, your access will be removed once your current billing cycle ends.

How do I update my credit card information?

If you’re unable to access your Sacred Library content, follow these steps:

If you’ve completed these steps and still can’t access your account:

  • Try resetting your password (instructions below)

If you’ve already updated your card, but it still shows as if it wasn’t done, please refresh your page.

If this doesn’t work, log out, then log back in again.

To change your display name and/or image:
  • Go to your profile page
  • Edit the name
  • Upload a new image
  • To change your display name and/or image:
    • Go to your profile page
    • Edit the name
    • Upload a new image
     

To hide (not show) information on your profile, simply:

  • Navigate to your profile page
  • Delete anything they don’t want to share

It’s noted on the text next to the profile section which things will show if filled in. This will assist you to know if that is something you want showing or not.

How do I make a post?

Forum Not Loading or Can’t Post?

If you’re having trouble seeing or interacting with the forum (like not being able to post or follow a link), try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page – This fixes most display glitches.
  2. Log out and back in

If the issue continues, please contact Support and let us know:

  • What device you’re using (phone, tablet, desktop, etc.)
  • What browser you’re using
  • The exact URL of the page that’s having issues
  • A brief description of what’s going wrong

Not at the moment — audio playback is limited to regular speed. If you’d like to see this feature added, please reach out to your Program Manager and let them know you’re interested!

The forum is built to work on both desktop and mobile. If you’re finding it tricky to scroll on your desktop, try switching to your mobile device — scrolling should work smoothly there.

  • In your course menu (the center menu when you’re inside a course), you’ll see links to any communities you’re a part of.
  • You can also find community info on your front dashboard when you log in.
