Hands down when I saw Rebecca was offering Radiance/Snake Medicine I was in.

This is my second year in Radiance with Rebecca.

What drew me to this path was three fold.

The first consideration was Rebecca. Who she is to me is an ancient soul who listens deeply to her inner knowing and her spiritual guidance to impart wisdom, truth and what is needed in the moment. She has a deep sagacity, she embodies the primal snake goddess in her sensuousness, aliveness and profound connection to all life, to the earth and beyond. Her love, warmth and groundedness puts you at ease in her presence and you just want to listen and soak it all in. The medicine she imparts soothes my soul and rings deep in my bones.

My heart and soul also longed for a deeper connection to the earth and all living things, to be in union with my ancestors and honoring my body as sacred temple.

The third was the inner knowing that felt so right to be trained in this ancient and primordial lineage.

What I have received from this course is an awakening of these ancient codes within, a deep
connection to all existence, activation of the kundalini, and a completeness and wholeness I have never felt before.

Being in Radiance has allowed me to connect with the land I am inhabiting and my ancestral lineage in a way that has never been possible for me before. There has been a potent, electrical aliveness that has been ignited through this connection.

Even though I have to manage chronic illness, people keep commenting on how viscerally alive I am.

I am shedding the constraint of holding a particular image of myself, the competent, controlled, “perfect” self, and allowing the primal, ancient, elemental nature to peek through. There is so much juicy aliveness.

When I first joined Radiance, I almost didn’t know what I was getting into – but I felt that I needed to be there – and now I know why…

Radiance is an awakening to the true essence of the female ray of creation, an ancient remembering of our connection, of our power, of being in the temples, of performing healings, of living in sacred space and ritual and ceremony, of sisterhood.

Temple-by-temple I awaken deeper into the truth of my power and sacred mission. I connect my body with the Goddess herself, with the land, I move energy, I dissolve old patterns and birth new ones – each in better alignment with my sacred power, I remember.

I have been in many high holy circles/groups before, and can tell you that Radiance holds the true essence of something tremendous – something that deeply needs us, something that is simply thrilled to be welcomed back onto the planet in full expression – the energy of Creation herself.

If you wish to invite fiery initiations to burn out the BS, to awaken primal energy moving through your body, and to experience a deep remembering of your true power, Radiance just may be your pathway, too…

Biggest gift from Radiance this year has been Rebecca’s dedication to our circle. Providing new program materials has been far above what I could have imagined.

Last year in ETM during a circle reflective exercise, one of my sisters shared with me that she didn’t know how much more I could shatter before I would be completely broken; and that was a fear she had in herself also. Around the same time, I had a powerful journey with a white cobra. I realize now that I wasn’t breaking, I was shedding all the things that didn’t serve me and being reborn. Everything. Every little thing and every big thing that was no longer meant for me was leaving and I was becoming new. The call and initiation into Radiance and the snake medicine had begun in my life.

Shedding and releasing is an initiation process that has saved my life. Radiance has given me awareness, tools, a safe container and a deep presence of unconditional love from my sisters and our mentor.. I’m so grateful for this Radiance temple, because to be very direct I feel this medicine has saved my life. This container has given me the chance to feel love and safety and the rhythm of  my own heart beating in my chest. I can feel the life in my body and the power of my own soul rising through it. Radiance has helped me do the work to be able to receive my own self love and open the channels inside myself to safely release the old patterns of life and transform into the newness that serves me now. This is such a beautiful alchemical process that I now know is not a destination, but a continuous cycle of the becoming we strive towards as snake goddesses reclaiming our divinity; our radiance.

About our mentor:

Rebecca has been a mentor, a sister, and a friend to me on this journey. The unconditional love and knowing that she uses in guiding our group and holding space is the catalyst for the work we are able to do on ourselves. In the early days of Radiance I asked her not to give up on me, and she never did.  At that time the weight of the shadows and the initiation was so much that I had days where the most I could do was breathe. Rebecca was there, checking in, sending love,reminding of the tools available. This is just who she is with everyone. The love she embodies seems to expand as the days go on. I am very grateful for her beautiful soul and the dedicated work she does in this temple.

The Radiance circle, curated by Rebecca Cavender, embodies a learning that is both new and familiar. Her focus and expertise in lineage work resonates deeply for me and is also a stretch as I come to orient myself in a new landscape of the priestess path.

I am both challenged and held tenderly in love and acceptance. I am so glad I heeded the call and am grateful to Rebecca for sharing her gifts in a way to assist me with expanding mine, and to my fellow sisters for accompanying me on this journey.

Radiance has been such an incredible container with devoted sisters diving into our somewhat lost lineages.

Within this sacred space, I was stunned to discover that what I had been intuitively doing with my drumming and singing was actually very old! …and part of the snake priestessing.

I am finding myself being held by our mothers’ mothers… carrying on their medicine – with them, through them, supported by them.

What an incredible gift to remember our roots and our connections.

Radiance is a RICH and loving space to reclaim more and more of our medicine and power, together in sisterhood.
